The idea of the carpark being on the second story really amuses me. I don't know if that'll read the clearest, but I like the thinking. Maybe bring a few more curves into the house design. Not as many as before, but one or two walls? I'm not saying do a Calatrava design, but even Noguchi has some curves in there.
