Animatic for tomorrow 2/24

Hey Guys,
       This is where the animatic is at the moment. I've changed a few little things added some boards here and there and changed some sounds. I'll be doing more editing to the sound fx and overall audio mix before the presentation, but I thought I'd post an update:

UI LAYOUTS FOR SHOTS!!!

UPDATE: Blogger shrinks big images, so if you download these images from here, they will be 1600X900 (not 1920X1080). So, I added red strokes around these images so that you can line them up to your frame easier. If you match the outside of the red line to your frame it should be exact. 

Unless there is an issue, these will be the final UI layouts for the animation. The buttons on the left are menu buttons, and the empty container on the right is where lists are displayed (hairstyles, eyes, etc.), so MOST OF THE TIME, Deborah will be scrolling and picking from the list.

Animatic 2/16

Hey Guys,
       At the animation meeting today we tightened up the timing for the animatic.
I think it works better and you (the animators) can go ahead and use it as a reference for how long you have to animate your shot. It may be subject to change slightly before all is said and done (as in any production). But this is the basis:

Hey All,

Michelle is diligently working on layouts at the moment and I revisited the boards to revise shot 4 as per Bunny's request. I have posted last weeks shot 4 board and two others:
        One is an extreme OTS (Over-The Shoulder) upshot which I think is in line with something Bunny would want
        The other is a less extreme OTS that I think works well.

I don't think the upshot will work so well because animating in 3-point perspective will be a pain not to mention add difficulty we don't have time for. Michelle also pointed out that story wise it too much importance/weight to a shot that doesn't need to be that important/dramatic.

Thoughts?

Character Descriptions

Hey guys, sorry this took so long, I totally forgot about it. Here are the descriptions we came up for Debra and Jessica. Animators, use this as a guide when imagining how the characters would act and move in your scenes!

Debra

-16 years old

-2nd most popular girl

-hormonal

-in her own world

-not applying herself, has average intellect

-1st date with Bobby (a senior) but not the first time she dated

-trying to impress Bobby, who is popular

-has no job, spoiled by parents

Jessica

-not as girly as Deb but deep down wants to be accepted by her

JESS :    Hey Deb!  [super energetic and excited]

DEB:     (Sigh) Not now, ok Jess?      [a little annoyed but more routine]

JESS:      Whatcha doin?    [cute and curious]

DEB:      Trying to look good for Bobby tonight.. We can play another time.

JESS:      What's this one do?

DEB:      Jess!!  Quit it would you!?   [very annoyed]

JESS:       Ach! Ugh!  (Giggles)     [in response to being shoved, still playful]

JESS:      My turn!  Ooooo that's pretty! [very playful]

DEB:       Hey! Jess stop! Ugh!

Storyboard Revisions So Far 2/1

Here are the most recent storyboards. There is still a lot to do as you can see. I can't make it to the lab tomorrow (Sunday) so realistically they will be done by Mid-day Monday at the earliest. Good news is Bunny went over them with me again today and will pretty much approve them when I show her on Monday. This film is gonna get made!!!
