For those of you who were at the meeting, you know we have A LOT of work to do in the next 9 days.
For those who weren't:
- The next meeting is on Friday of this week. We will be showing progress to B and C by appointment. details to come.
- We are currently working on resolving the character designs. The current designs were entirely shot down by B and C today. This will be the focus in the next two days.
- The faculty love the Rene Gurau inspired direction. We have discussed making the background as minimal as possible.
- The films are to take no longer than SIX WEEKS from the semester start. That makes the DEADLINE: MARCH 7th
This timeframe will inform the design, the animation style, everything. We need to be fast and economic to get this done. Let's do it!!
- BEFORE Jan 24th we need:
- Resolved Character Designs
- DETAILED Model Sheets (2 Characters, hands, size chart, mouthshapes, etc)
- Background Layouts (There are 17 shots with 1 re-used = 16 Layouts)
- Character Layouts (11 One Character shots, 5 Two Character shots, 1 effects Shot
and 6 Character shots have effects animation in them)
- Style guides (with Tutorials)
- Color Keys
- Character color sheets.
This is a crap load of work, But we can do it. If anyone can remember anything I missed, post it!
